"贤友拘絺罗,持戒比丘应当如理作意五取蕴为无常、苦、病、疮、箭、灾、疾、外、破坏、空、无我。哪五种?即色取蕴、受取蕴、想取蕴、行取蕴、识取蕴。贤友拘絺罗,持戒比丘应当如理作意这五取蕴为无常、苦、病、疮、箭、灾、疾、外、破坏、空、无我。贤友,确有可能,持戒比丘如理作意这五取蕴为无常...(中略)...无我时,证得入流果。"

"迦波,无论什么色,过去、未来、现在,内或外,粗或细,劣或胜,远或近,对一切色,以正慧如实见到'这不是我的,我不是这个,这不是我的自我'。无论什么受...(中略)...想...行...识,过去、未来、现在,内或外,粗或细,劣或胜,远或近,对一切识,以正慧如实见到'这不是我的,我不是这个,这不是我的自我'。迦波,这样知道、这样见时,对此有识身和一切外相,没有我执、我所执、我慢随眠。"


125 第二迦波经


舍卫城因缘。坐在一旁后,迦波尊者对世尊说:"尊者,如何知道、如何见,对此有识身和一切外相,心离开我执、我所执、我慢,超越分别,寂静,善解脱?"


"迦波,无论什么色,过去、未来、现在...(中略)...对一切色,以正慧如实见到'这不是我的,我不是这个,这不是我的自我',因无执取而解脱。无论什么受...想...行...识,过去、未来、现在,内或外,粗或细,劣或胜,远或近,对一切识,以正慧如实见到'这不是我的,我不是这个,这不是我的自我',因无执取而解脱。迦波,这样知道、这样见时,对此有识身和一切外相,心离开我执、我所执、我慢,超越分别,寂静,善解脱。"
