37. 非你们的经
在舍卫城居住……(省略)……"比丘们,这个身体不是你们的,也不是其他人的。比丘们,这应该被视为旧业,是被造作、被思虑、可感受的。"
"在那里,比丘们,多闻圣弟子应当如理作意缘起——'此有故彼有,此生故彼生;此无故彼无,此灭故彼灭。即是说,缘无明有行;缘行有识……(中略)……如是此全苦蕴集起。由于无明的无余离贪灭尽,行灭;由于行灭,识灭……(中略)……如是此全苦蕴灭。'"第七。
38. 思经
舍卫城因缘。"比丘们,凡是思考的、构想的、潜在的,这就成为识的住处。有住处时,识就有所依。当识安住并生长时,未来就会有再生。有未来再生时,未来就会有生、老死、忧、悲、苦、忧、恼生起。如是此全苦蕴集起。"
"比丘们,如果不思考、不构想,但仍有潜在的,这也成为识的住处。有住处时,识就有所依。当识安住并生长时,未来就会有再生。有未来再生时,未来就会有生、老死、忧、悲、苦、忧、恼生起。如是此全苦蕴集起。"

Tasmiṃ patiṭṭhite viññāṇe virūḷhe āyatiṃ punabbhavābhinibbatti hoti. Āyatiṃ punabbhavābhinibbattiyā sati āyatiṃ jāti jarāmaraṇaṃ sokaparidevadukkha-domanassupāyāsā sambhavanti.
