308. "比丘们,当世上出现一个人时,他的出现会给许多人带来不利,给许多人带来不快,给许多人带来损害、不利和痛苦,包括天神和人类。这个人是谁呢?就是持邪见、具有颠倒见解的人。他使许多人脱离正法,安置于非法中。比丘们,这就是那个在世上出现时,会给许多人带来不利,给许多人带来不快,给许多人带来损害、不利和痛苦的人,包括天神和人类。"
309. "比丘们,当世上出现一个人时,他的出现会给许多人带来利益,给许多人带来快乐,给许多人带来福祉、利益和幸福,包括天神和人类。这个人是谁呢?就是持正见、具有不颠倒见解的人。他使许多人脱离非法,安置于正法中。比丘们,这就是那个在世上出现时,会给许多人带来利益,给许多人带来快乐,给许多人带来福祉、利益和幸福的人,包括天神和人类。"
310. "比丘们,我没有见过任何一法像邪见这样具有大过患。比丘们,邪见是最大的过患。"
311. "比丘们,我没有见过任何一个人像末伽梨·瞿舍利这个愚人一样,他的行为给许多人带来不利,给许多人带来不快,给许多人带来损害、不利和痛苦,包括天神和人类。比丘们,就像在河口放置一个网,会给许多鱼带来伤害、痛苦、灾难和毁灭;同样地,比丘们,末伽梨·瞿舍利这个愚人在世上出现,就像一个人网,给许多众生带来伤害、痛苦、灾难和毁灭。"
